#Trulondon is back for the March edition, and this time we are changing things up. We have listened to feedback from Septembers event, and whilst it was mostly a great day as always, there was a few things that needed to change in order to make things better. The community has spoken and we listened.

For a start we are moving to a new cool venue, The Kings Arms private members club in Hoxton. This gives us 3 floors, with lots of breakout spaces for different size tracks. This means we have reduced the times of tracks from an hour to 40 minutes. We are also reintroducing open mic tracks for topics that come up during the day, or for anyone who didn’t book a track leader spot. You can book a space by listing your track outside one of the open mic areas and grab some colaborators to join the conversation.

We will feature the usual track sessions, anyone wanting to host a track can do so by booking a track leader ticket and adding your track title to your booking. For anyone who has not attended a #tru event before, a track is a discussion topic led by a track leader who will keep the conversation flowing. There are no presentations, powerpoint or pitches, and everyone is equal and welcome, there is no division between agency, in-house, vendor or commentator, because everyone has a shared interest in making recruiting better. The important thing is open sharing and conversation, and there is always plenty of it at #trulondon, expect conversations on every topic from branding, technology, data, the future, the present and the ever changing landscape of recruiting, #trulondon is always where the conversation starts.

In addition to the regular track sessions we will be hosting:

: The tech lab – For those who work with tech from integrations to building products. This is an open area with no agenda (expect hacks and sharing.)

: Show & Tell – Theres 14 spaces for tech companies (20 minutes) in this always popular area. Discussions are split by 5 minutes to talk market, 10 minutes to show product and 5 minutes Q&A.

: Ninja Sourcing Lab – 8 sourcers will share their tricks and tips for sourcing those hard to find candidates.

Track leaders signed up so far come from Australia, UK, Ireland, Croatia, Netherlands, Sweden,Bulgaria, US and China. This is always a global event and include William Tincup, Stacy Zapar, Bill Boorman, Jonny Campbell, Dave Hazlehurst, Matt Charney, Shane Gray, Peter Forbes, Michael Heller, Ivan Stojanovic, Leigh Carpenter, Oscar Mager, Gordon Lokenberg, Patrick Boonstra, Jim Klug, with plenty more to be announced.

We are restricting numbers to 150, including track leaders. In order to keep with our aim of making all #tru events accessible to anyone reguardless of budget, we have kept tickets at a donation rather than fixing a price. When making a donation please bear in mind that we cater for everyone who attends, pay for the venue and meet other costs, give what you can and what you think its worth, we don’t want to revert to fixing a price.
