> 5 discussion streams
Hosted by a track leader with experience in the topic, an opinion or something to share. Tracks last for 45 minutes, and you can feel free to move around if it turns out to be not what you are looking for. There are no powerpoints or presentations. The role of the track leader is to share an opinion or experience, and encourage conversation. Anyone can lead a track. if you have a topic that is important to you, book a track leader ticket and let us have your topic title. We don’t bar anyone from participating, it doesn’t matter what you do, if you are recruiter famous or a new face, Expect plenty of open conversation, learning and laughs.
> The #SourceLab
12 sourcers from around the globe will share tips and tricks for identifying and engaging with talent on-line. Explore free tools and extensions to make your life easier, and bring your own sourcing challenges for live sourcing. This is always popular, and above all, practical.
> Show & Tell
18 new products for you to get a look at. Talent technology companies get a 20 minute slot, with no more than 10 minutes for demo. This session attracts VC’s, recruiters and bloggers interested in the latest technology. This year each session will be repeated on Facebook live for extra exposure. To book a slot reserve a show and tell ticket by making a donation.
The #tru mission
Each year we host around 100 #tru events across the globe. Our mission is to make recruiting better by giving everybody the opportunity to connect, network, contribute and learn. We never want price of admission to prevent anyone from attending, so we ask for donations for a ticket rather than a fixed price. When making your donation, please remember that we pay for lunch, venues etc. We ask you to give what you think is a reasonable contribution for a full days event. Everyone is welcome, no matter what your job title might be, practitioner or vendor. Anyone can lead a track (just book a track leader ticket.) or take part in Show & Tell.
This is always a popular event. There are only 100 tickets available, so book quick.
We look forward to seeing you there,
